The Atkins Diet will allow you to loose weight and still never feel hungry or deprived. How? Read on.

When you first start out with any new diet, there are always questions you need to have answered and we have put together what we found to be useful when we first started with Atkins.

Here are the answers to the most common questions:

Will I be hungry?

No, you will not feel hungry at all. You can eat as much as you like so long as you stay within the allowed carb count.

Can I eat fat?

Yes, in fact you should eat a good amount of it and make sure you get some fatty acids to go along with it.

Do I have to count Calories?

No, but you do have to count Carbs. This is super important but no hard to do. There are plenty of foods with no carbs at all in them. You will quickly learn what you can and cannot eat.

How fast will I loose weight?

It is hard to say, but most people who might have some water weight will see a very fast drop after about one week of the induction phase. The rate will decline and this is ok. More then a few pounds per week might be too fast.

Will I get more energy?

You will feel like you have almost endless amounts of energy. Since you never hit any sugar lows, you never feel sleepy and tired from food.

Can I work out without carbs?

Yes. You will feel great during the workout and if you play sports will not feel the need to "bulk up" on carbs before a game. For more information on this, please visit our links section where you can find great sites about body building and working out.

I reached my goal weight, now what?

Now you increase the amount of carbs you consume every day until you no longer loose weight. This is where you want to be. Remember, low carb is not as much a diet as a life style. Live well.

There are plenty more benefits that we have listed here. If loosing weight and feeling great is important to you, take a moment to look around the site. There are links to special deals and plenty of useful information.
